fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me repose sur un circuit d&rsquo;eau ferm\u00e9 dont la temp\u00e9rature peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e par l&rsquo;utilisateur. La temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9gl\u00e9e est maintenue constante pendant des p\u00e9riodes plus ou moins longues (des heures, voire des jours) par l&rsquo;appareil. Le refroidissement s&rsquo;effectue \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de brassards en fonction de la partie du corps \u00e0 refroidir ou \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer.
